One year of Congress Rule in Telangana: Celebration in Hyderabad

Hyderabad, December 9, 2024: The PVNR Marg in Hyderabad turned into a spectacular canvas on Monday evening as the Praja Palana Vijayotsavalu culminated with a dazzling drone and laser show. The event marked one year of Congress rule in Telangana and brought to light the welfare achievements of the government and the rich cultural heritage through mesmerizing visuals that drew hundreds of spectators.

A Drone Light Show Beyond Expectations

It started right when Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy ended his public address at the inauguration of Telangana Talli, and people holding their handphones clicked pictures of that marvelous display of government success and the vibrant spirit of Hyderabad.

• A Farmer: Looking at Telangana’s agricultural development with the government’s ₹500-per-quintal bonus for paddy and crop loans waived.

• A Lit-up Bulb: Focus on free electrical utilization of 200 units.

• Indira Gandhi: Tribute to the Indira Mahila Shakti Scheme for women’s empowerment.

• Health Coverage Increased: Drones mentioned that Rajiv Aarogyasri health coverage has been increased two times from ₹5 lakh to ₹10 lakh.

Hyderabad’s Achievements Celebrated

The drone show also celebrated Hyderabad’s dual legacy of heritage and modernity:

• The Charminar represented the glorious cultural heritage of the city.
• Tall structures represent Hyderabad as an IT hub and an economic powerhouse.

A Fireworks Finale

And to conclude the drone show, with some really breath-taking fireworks that lit up the sky and left the crowds in a state of awe. The colored hues that adorned Hussainsagar Lake were viewed by the spectators from the high vantage points of Tank Bund Road, PVNR Marg. This was the climax of the event but also marked the aspiration of Telangana under Congress governance.
